    Overgrowth of trees. Rats burrowing all over the place. PLEASE come down here and inspect this property. It’s disgusting and disrespectful. There are broken toilets in the yard, infestation of rats, and trash all over the place. It’s been over 3 years and we’ve been asking to review this property.

They are in concern about a rat issue. The constituent states their tenant at this property stated that there was a rat that came frome the toilet hole into their home. The constituent states there is a nearby construction site that could possibly share the same sewer line. The constituent states that at this location the pipes line is new and about 5 years old. The constituent states if a plumber inspector can come out to this location to ispect if theres any issues with the pipe line. The constituent states that the tenants are very clean and maintain their apartment very well. This could be coming from the pipes of the nearby construction. The management company is concerned that more rats could be coming into this pipeline and sewage line. He thinks the problem is outside of this building. The outside needs to be inspected as well. Requesting assistance with this matter.]
