756 Huntington Ave is without hot water again . Landlord refuses to speak directly to tenants via telephone or by appt. This is the 17th time in the last 10 months we have no hot water. BrigsLLC refuses to fix the issue.

Why does the city allow property owners to use AIRBNB in non owner occupied buildings with more than 3 units 120 Appleton is being used like a rooming house. It probably helps that the owner contributes to Mayor Wu's campaigns. And the little guy just gets screwed again

135 washington st, brighton is a complete mess and im more than confident that they are in some sort of code violation. The elevator smells like someone literally peed, i’ve attached a picture of the back hallway exit which is directly across the maintenance guy which is filled with trash which has been there for weeks and no one has done anything about it. There’s trash in the hallways, they don’t care about their tenants, i’ve put a maintenance order to check if there’s a mice in our apartment and we have yet to receive any follow up weeks if not months later. The laundry room is a complete mess, not only does the machines not work but the sink is broken so it leads to making a mess everywhere, no one keeps up with anything yet they’re are raising the rent. After a long day, i come home to no hot water, ive reached out multiple times and no one has done anything about it. I think the city truly needs to start holding these management companies accountable.

Short term rental, removed from ABNB but still on other sites. Every weekend it’s rented with multiple non-resident/out of state vehicles parking in residential parking.

Lack of hot water in residence. 1082 Commonwealth Ave. in the last 3 months, we have not had hot water or inconsistent access to hot water for 3 weeks.

A unit in this building is being used as STR but it is unregistered and does not qualify. This home does not have a residential exemption, the minimum stay is one night and does not qualify for a business exemption, it does NOT have a hospital contract.
