We spoke to the owner and explained that they should only purchase food to sell to the public at wholesale stores. We are sending a complaint to the Health Depepartment to follow up on that part.

Collecting a 6.25% sales tax (and, where applicable, a 0.75% local option meals excise) on all taxable sales of meals. The drink was bought at a restaurant and the meals tax is applied to all purchases which equal the .49 cents in the case I will call the customer to let him know.
