Engine light came on, car was stalling. Constituent reports that this happened him to before 20 years ago and he instantly recognized that water might be in the tank. When I arrived I simply assumed those “puddles" were simply water. Attendant (said she was the Assistant Manager completely ignored complaint AND said that she knew about the issue…still did nothing about the situation. I did phone 911 who connected me to the fire department. Not sure if they inspected ? I drove by the location this afternoon…pump still in service & business as usual !!]

(VIA WEB) Hi My previous case is Number H189749-101001285206 for this same issue I bought a tank of gas at the Parkway Gas and Service center at 705 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury on January 26th. A few days later, my check engine light came on so I went to the Honda dealership. They told me my gas was contaminated with water so I had to pay $1,600 to fix the car. Your weights and measures dept checked out the gas station and found no water/no violation. However, I now notice the Gas station has closed and it looks like they have dug up the underground gas tanks?? Did other people complain of water in their gas? Then, used car 1/29/15 and check engine light came on. Took car to Prime Honda in West Roxbury. They said the gas was contaminated with water so they drained the gas and replaced fuel injectors. Gave me a bill for $1,577. The Gas Station, Parkway Gas, said their gas was OK, and I was the only one to make a complaint.]
