What is the name of the bridge: [Northern Avenune /Fort Point Channel: (B-16-184)] What is the nature of the problem: [caller reports that a car crashed into the control box of the bridge and knocked it off of its base.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Bridge at A St and Summer St. Caller reporting the metal fence that is being used to block the closed staircase on A St has wiring that is sticking out into the sidewalk and is dangerous. States the wiring scratched him and ripped his clothes. It is the wiring on the fence that is being used to close the staircase off.]
