I’m writing this right now crying because it’s really cold in this house and as a mother I give my son both the blanket so he is not cold. I try to explain to them the reason why I’m so behind is because I had to help my mother out she would’ve been dead by now due to gang violence back in my country. I had to relocate her multiple time and old had to pay for all her medical costs by myself because in Haiti they don’t have insurance and if you don’t pay upfront they will not look at you. Constituent has been contacting building management to fix a variety of issues but nothing has been resolved. Their communication has been with the number 617-363-0668 through the management company. Consittuent reports that they have no control over the building's heat and that it's only on for one hour a day before shutting off, that the bathtub has a drainage issue due to how it was built and that it's causing rust as a result, that the mailbox provided by the building has no door so mail has no privacy and gets mismatched, and that specifically the oven provided for the unit has multiple cracks and burnt material.
