Hello- the commercial buildings around 431 Columbus Ave (Charlie's, Casa Giacomo's, and Anchovies) have a private trash pickup service that picks up a dumpster on Private Alley 542 between Braddock Park and Holyoke Street. There are two issues. First, they typically pickup trash outside of the allowed pickup hours, often between 2 AM and 4 AM. This creates very loud conditions for all of the homes in the vicinity and is a sleeping disturbance. Second, they are extremely messy causing trash to disburse all over Alleys 542 and 541, which often blows into the back yards and parking areas of the homes in the area. Perhaps this is because it is dark when they are doing the pickup and they can't see very well. It is disgusting and annoying. These businesses need to adjust their trash pickups to normal hours and be more careful with their trash collection to create a clean environment for their neighbors. | Witnessed incident: [Yes] Case related to commercial waste: [Yes]

Please do something about the Readville train station on the Franklin/forge park side. The litter and debris has gotten increasingly worse. There are old bags of salt left from last winter thrown into the plants, beer bottles, etc. This morning there was human feces on the bench! | Witnessed incident: [Yes] Case related to commercial waste: [Yes]
