Per instructions of the code inspector - we are reporting each day this continues. Improper trash storage in back of building. Trash not in bins. This building is a serial offender and is attracting rodents. They need to buy more or larger trash bins

This is a problem that has been going on for years and the landlord continuous to ignore the issue of his tenants. We have RATS that look like miniature dogs that has taken over my yard and the sidewalk. Trash has consumed this house; from the backyard, side and in front of the house that 7 days a week.

Business leaves huge buckets of compost without lids behind their business, for days on end. Lots of rodents and birds.
