Their resolution to hte issue was to mix the torn up soil with loose soil and pile it up on the front yard. Likewise constituent states that the contractors stated that they repaved the entire street despite not needing it to be done because the contractors stated they wanted to test something. Constituent is 83 years old and very upset with the state her property has been left in. When she spoke with the contractors about her complaint they stated for her to call 311.]
