    Please add daylighting at intersection of Park Plaza and Columbus. Cars routinely fail to yield at the crosswalk crossing Park Plaza; having daylighting might decrease the likelihood of doing so. Picture is where parking is currently allowed and could be removed to make safer.

The asphault has now broken away irregularly and he has witnessed another person fall.
