After the last snowstorm, a large number of rocks were left on the street and sidewalk, likely from snowplows pushing debris during plowing. Now that the snow has melted, the rocks are scattered across the road and sidewalk.

At 466 through 470 River St. there's a new development and businesses that have been dealing with snow and rubbish buildup in the street. Business owners and residents want this stretch of the street to be added to the street cleaning and snow emergency plowing processes. Please evaluate if the relevant signs could be posted throughout this area.

It's very upsetting that the city will fine businesses for not plowing sidewalks but we have to clean up needles and trash and watch people shoot heroin in brought daylight what does that does for good working people trying to earn a living
