Street light or control box knocked down: [Street Light] Problem: [Constituent states there is a street light pole that was hit by a truck a few weeks ago and now it is leaning.]
CLOSED #101005343168Resolved. Pole has been inspected and it is not in danger of falling. I will submit a work order to have pole reset and if necessary have the base reset and leveled.

Man hole 14249 Eversource phoned this in saying the light pole was down, but was unclear if that meant off or down on the road. Asked if blocking traffic and she did not know as she was calling from a call center. Radioed to street lighting at 1:50pm 25 Park Plz on the Columbus Ave side]

CLOSED #101001936498Case Resolved. Third shift picked up and made safe one aluminum post with LED Acorn fixture and button eye photo control. Eversource fed 50/50 post. On the corner of Columbus ave. Replacement work order being issued and going back today 10-25-16.
