Drivers on Centre St are making illegal right turns on red—and executing a "U-turn" style maneuver through Temple St—specifically to bypass the straight-thru traffic queue on Centre St. This shortcutting is happening on weekdays in the 6:00AM hour (observed 10+ days in a row), creating a bottleneck and posing a safety risk to law-abiding motorists. Could the city please look into the installation of a "No Right Turn" sign at the specific cut-through point (see attached diagrams for recommended placement)?

I have brought to the attention of the management at Peabody Englewood 1875 Dorchester Ave. There are several security issues that are not fixed. I have to smell smoke from apt 302. Nothing is done about it. The only said to me after I asked to speak with her supervisor. She said to me "Welcome to BHA" then cackled after. I gave her a list of all the people living in the building without being on the lease. Nothing changes, same security problems, same constant smell of smoke from apt 302. This is unsafe with the security issues. Plus I have to put up with cigarette smoke in a non-smoking building.
