LOUD MUSIC EVERY SINGLE DAY. Group of retirees gather on the public sidewalk, smoke cigarettes, drink in public, and blare music through professional grade sound system. It shakes windows and interferes with basic conversation indoors. BPD doesn’t seem to take issue with the fact that the music interferes with daily life in the neighborhood. Yes, I understand they have bigger problems to worry about.

Can we please install a hp sign here to establish that both spots are hp. Only one spot has a wheelchair symbol on the ground so it looks like the other spot is unregulated. I can tag both as hp but I think there should be a second sign.
