Parking clerks office is open at 100% worker capacity! This is against Covid-19 restrictions!

Per Governor Bakers announcement today, this is the second post asking about Office spaces being limited to 25% capacity. Governor baker stated "Restaurants, businesses, casinos, office spaces, places of worship, fitness centers and many other industries will have seating capacity reduced to 25%, the announcement said." Office of the parking clerk have been/and still are FULL STAFF no social distancing and 2 COVID outbreaks. PLEASE REMIND THE PARKING CLERK AND VITAL REGISTRY OFFICE (on floor 2) OF THE IMPORTANCE OF WEARING THE MASK AND WEARING IT PROPERLY EVERY DAY AS THEY NEED DAILY REMINDERS OR THEY DONT GET WORN. A snow plow was parked (and vacant) in the middle of my street on Friday evening, blocking the final third of the street which made me unable to get to my parking spot. I parallel parked here, and discovered shortly afterwards that my side mirror had been hit and destroyed. It seems very likely to have been the snow plow. No note was left. I don't feel like I should have to pay for the repair--my car was parked at the time. Please help if you can, thank you!

Today is the street cleaning day on the even side of Rutland Street and there are a lot of cars still parked. We have so many leaves on this side of the street that need to be collected before winter hits. Can you send over the parking clerks to ticket?
