    Has been able to get through to the parking clerk and gets hung up on being told they have the problems to deal with, they will have to call back, etc. Constituent spoke with Denise who gave her personal email to send utility bills, said she would get back never did. Has been appplying since the car was obtained on 6/10 has called back numerous times, sent emails and still hasn't recieved any help on this issue but has recieved 3 tickets related to residential parking.     Just wanted to thank the BTD in this time where 35 million are out of work there are lines for food banks and almost every American is in financial straits. They?re writing frivolous and borderline illegal tickets I got a ticket for parking in a driveway that hasn?t been active in 3 years and is front of a building that is under construction the only thing that makes it a driveway is the indentation in the sidewalk I?m glass to see the BTD still doing their job in this crisis.
