I Believe water is coming through this plate. This area is always wet. This could be a problem with ice in the winter months. My building manager cleared most of the water. But it looks like it still coming through. The illegal ice cream vendor is still parked in an illegal spot meant only for electric vehicles and also does not have a DPW permit or a Boston transportation department permit. Please see pictures attached with address and phone number.

There has been little to no response to a persistent issue in our neighborhood involving an illegally parked ice cream truck. Despite multiple complaints and reports from various residents dating back years, no action has been taken to address this matter. The truck, which is from out of state, has been violating numerous parking regulations for an extended period. As documented in many postings on this site, responses (if any) from the city have been evasive and lack any concrete information. This ongoing negligence poses a continued threat to safety and well-being. Furthermore, the lack of action holds this vehicle to a different standard than those of other residents, whose vehicles are continuously ticketed despite extremely limited parking during road construction. This Icecream Truck vendor has been operating unlicensed in the back bay and I'm sure over many parts of the city unlawfully and nothing has been done for over two years now in order to vend in the city of Boston, you need a vending permit

Sidewalk has a deep depression that causes deep puddling, flooding, stagnant water, and in the winter dangerous ice. Please raise bricks to even level. Do not pave.

Unlicensed Icecream Truck on Berkeley Street at Boylston Street. This illegal vender does not have a BTD or DPW permit as needed. This vender shows up randomly in different locations all over the back bay. It should be time to put a stop to it
