New nightmare bike lane going on at exit 18 mass pike/ Boston liquors. Desperately needs white and black stripping for night time. You used to be able to pull across and there’s no indication that you can’t anymore. Someone already took the sign down at the end of it. My mom and I went off the road and are extremely hurt from hitting the new high curb that now dominates the second lane that used to be there. Who the hell commissioned this? I saw a Honda HRV break it’s tire rod clear off this morning from doing the same thing in broad daylight. I have seen three failures in 2 weeks. I’m a human factors engineer and this is a disastrous engineering failure to allow bikes to cross in front of those exiting to the MassPike. They didn’t need to take 2 whole lanes for a bike lane. There’s plenty of space. Coming off exit 18, they changed the merge and it makes no sense that the folks that have a blind spot have the yield. Put a mirror on the exit so we can at least try to not smash into each other. This design is a disaster, set up to hurt people in motor vehicles instead of making the roads safer for bikers and vehiclists. -A Furious Allston Resident

Extremely deep pothole on Mass Ave between 703 & 705. Submitted over 24 hrs ago with no follow up. Trucks passing over are unable to avoid, loud rattling of windows in building as a result.

Erratic plow driver from K&K excavation driving up and down Gallivan Blvd last 4 hrs with his hand on the horn!!! NO other plow drivers from this company or other companies are doing this strange behavior and it's hard for us night shift essential workers to sleep who have to go back to work in 6 hrs with this constant horn blazing

Tan color Toyota RAV4 Mass plate 6CC 433 parked in the wrong direction on a one way street. Been here for 24 hrs. Second request.Please ticket. Thanks

Could really use additional parking sign on light post in front of 524 Shawmut or at end of block at intersection of Mass Ave. Cars park and don't have an obvious sign showing street cleaning/2 hr schedule without walking back towards W Springfield. Example, car in picture pulled up and parked right there presumably not seeing sign up the block

Grey Dodge Still parked here! 3 hrs since my last complaint! 6HT 833 mass reg. That's a total of 7 hrs illegally parked. I will be sending my next complaint in at 7:00. That will be 9 hours.

6 hrs later...... Grey dodge still parked in 2hr visitor spot. Guess there is no enforcement in Charlestown today 6HT 833 mass reg Second complaint with no response. Will send another in at 4:00 and then again at 6:00 until it is enforced.

Why??? Enforcement comes down looks and drives away??? Why is this Grey Dodge Mass reg 6HT 833 Allowed to park all day in 2 hr visitor spot and never gets a ticket. 311 report @ 7:00 am 10:15am 1:15 pm Now at 4:20 pm and it is still parked in same spot for 9 hrs now???? Somebody know?
