My landlord, is not fixing the maintenance problems in this building: Mr. Bruce Efron efronpropmgt@gmail.com Drug Dealers/pimps, are trashing the building, and the surrounding properties-they are illegally occupying, the building: "Townsend House," 135 Townsend Street Dorchester MA 02121. The crazy drug dealers/pimps, are covering apartments in gasoline, to burn the building to the ground. I, can't move out yet. No rent was due this month from me: Boston Housing Authority, reducedyonthky contribution, to: 0.00$ and, I still fighting an illegal eviction. The crazy woman "Angela," who.lives under me: A14, is illegally blocking up my toilet, and other plumbing. The crazy people, who illegally live above me, are: Stalkers/ sexual predators, peodiphilles, and Intl terror, who are illegally planning to attack, the: Boston Marathon, in March 2023. I, want to move out. The loud drug parties, and constant harassment and Threats-"death threats," towards me personally, are of a serious concern, to me. My landlord, Mr. Bruce Efron, is blocking my ability, to move out of the Unit: B14. The crazy drug dealers/pimps are illegally filling up the hallway next to my apartment, and my apartment, with: crack and marijuana smoke (severe allergic asthmatic). My Eliot social services outreach worker, quit, and her supervisor came over to the apartment, last week to tell me, that my ER housing needs, and other fundamental concerns, related to access to: groceries and supplies, will never matter to either, of them, and she put her nasty illegal comments, into writing, with no fears of being reprimanded or sued, or in any other ways, prosecuted (severe intentional abuse of a vulnerable adult-myself, disabled, PTSD turrets syndrome mostly, and mobility impairment resulting from a permanent spinal cord injury). I, need social work services, and my social worker: Ms. Lisa Oliver, from Malden, MA, is only talking to Efron Properties efronpropmgt@gmail.com, and never to me-anymore. The crazy drug dealers/pimps, illegally gained access, to a key to my apartment door and my post box, and they try to break into my apartment, all day and night, to attack and rape me, and to steal from me. My Eliot social worker, from Boston, MA left me for dead. Every time I file complaints, with the City of Boston, MA-my valid legal complaints are closed, and no one has ever contacted, or spoken to me. I, can't even flush my toilet, for a week, NOW. When, I start to look, for other safer housing and locations online, the crazy drug dealers/pimps, who have lived at Mr. Efron's properties, for years, crazy disgusting sociopathic homicidal maniacs and peodiphille Disney Fans, start to follow me again (I hate these NEXT door neighbors, and STALKING is a punishable crime, in the US, however, the Roxbury MA Courthouse, is not willing to support my legally valid request for restraining orders, regardless of how much, valid evidence I support to the courts. I, have to move, by: March 1, 2023. I, can't handle the crack or marijuana smoke, and I'm not a prostitute or terrorists. I, need much safer and much cleaner housing. Unsatisfactory Living Conditions
My bathroom window frame had been leaking for about a month The wall above the window frame and the ceiling started showing signs of water damage The ceiling finally collapsed last Thursday My landlord had the mold in the ceiling treated on Monday He has not addressed the water damage and possible mold in the wall He has not addressed the dry rot in the ceiling studs/joists or the structural integrity of the ceiling (He was aware of the dry rot but did not notify me. I only found out because I spoke to the mold remediation company myself) He has not paid the mold remediation company, so they cannot really do much more (I do not have the funds, I am just a graduate student...) He is expecting me to move back into my apartment tomorrow after the ceiling is covered by some plastic (I have been couch surfing and staying at hotels for the past 7 nights) He was made aware of all the issues above as soon as they happened, but has not been transparent in his communication and has not even paid the people he hired. | Any children under 6 years of age: [No] Occupants name and contact info: [Same as Caller]

reported via mayor@boston.gov on 9/17/18 at 10:19am: Mayor Walsh, I recently sold my Dorchester condo, a three apartment building, converted to condominiums in 2003. I'd completed the city's First-time Homebuyers Program, extricated myself from an abusive relationship, took my certificate from the office of the late Mayor Tom Menino and purchased my condo in June 2003. My daughter who lived with me was attending Wheelock College. In the midst of closing on my condo last May 2018 the City of Boston said there was an outstanding tax bill on the building from 2003-2004. It has accumulated fees and penalties totaling $17,631.31. The City of Boston says they mailed a notice. The bill according to the paperwork was for property located at 38 Mt. Everett Street, Dorchester, MA. Our address is 34 Mt. Everett Street, Dorchester, MA. We were never notified. My closing attorney went to City Hall on my behalf. She was basically told "it's too bad. A notice was sent and that's all we are required to do". Mayor Walsh, when I closed on my condo in May, 2018, $17,631.31 of the proceeds from the sale of my condo was put in escrow to pay the total tax bill come August 23, 2018. I will be left to pursue the other two unit owners to get my money back. One of the unit owners, Ms. Sarita Thomas is the Principal of the William Monroe Trotter Innovation School in Dorchester. Mr. Mayor, we must all pay our taxes. I will pay my taxes. But pay for all three units? In 2013 I became disabled within weeks of learning that my daughter was diagnosed with terminal colon cancer. She lived with me at the time that I purchased my unit. She died two years ago. I decided it was time to sell and there was a buyer; I could finally move on. I successfully maintained my condo and property taxes via my mortgage company Boston Private Bank. Recently, I received a refund check in the amount of $46.00 from the City of Boston’s Collecting Division for an overpayment of taxes after the sale of my condo. Why would they send me anything if I owed them money? This is an unfair situation and I need your help. Please, tell the Assessing/Collections Department to return my funds paying for these unit owners and go after them for their portions owed and return my $13,366.22. My funds have been disbursed to the City of Boston on August 23, 2018 from the escrow account created to pay this tax bill so that I could complete the sale of my condo. I don't believe I will ever see a dime of my money without a great deal of difficulty and expense. The unit owners have been notified by my closing attorney via the condo association’s property management company Real Property Management in Jamaica Plain. Constituent is a mother of two children and a recipient of a federal housing voucher. Constituent is attempting to relocate her family after her child was targeted by a registered sex offender in the neighborhood. She was given a voucher for Connecticutt but the Federal Government is providing no assistance to get there. Constituent is on disability and does not have any funds to move their belongings. She just wants to start a new life with her daughter and young son. Would appreicate any form of help and assisstance. Snow Plowing/Salting
Why are we moving a pile of snow from the median at 11:15 PM? It is so loud that residents of the nearby apartments and hospitals can't sleep. Furthermore, it is a waste of taxpayer dollars to pay folks overtime to move snow that wasn't obstructing traffic flow anyway. The handicapped cutouts in sidewalks nearby, however, are still blocked by slush. Poor allocation of effort and funds at the wrong time of day.

Please provide a regular police presence on foot patrol after dusk to ameliorate the heavy drug and alcohol use on the Boston Common between the State House, the Playground/Frog Pond and Park Street Station. Enforcement is also needed to ensure public safety, which is currently severely lacking here. It is UNSAFE to walk alone in this area because no visible signs of police enforcement exist. Please fund police officers who are empowered to arrest and remove offenders--not just to move people to other areas of the Common. Hello, My name is Kate Nguyen, a community organizer from Viet-AID, a non-profit organization located in Fields Corner, Dorchester. We are looking at the island at the intersection of Dorchester Ave and Park St to build a freedom monument there. We have already received the Browne Fund for the planning stage. We have met with the Department of Parks & Recreation and Boston Art Commission, who support our project proposal.
