Good morning, I submitted multiple requests regarding the conditions of the sidewalks in the North End and there has been no change in years on this. An area that hosts a majority of the tourists along with business owners who pay significant tax revenue to the area; particularly in property tax. A vast majority of the sidewalks as you all are aware are completely uneven and open with rat holes. Not only is this a massive tripping hazard but it is a health hazard. It is gross. My mother-in-law tripped and nearly knocked out her two front teeth because of the multiple issues with sidewalks here. It is dangerous, gross, and embarrassing. We can do better. The constituents and taxpayers and I would like to know when these sidewalks are going to be even and repaired. From 544 Commercial St 369 Commercial are really bad. We look forward to the response. Box spring at 20 Hanover ave in the north end. It’s been there for 3 weeks. Rats are sleeping in it.

Large items of trash were not picked up in the trash/recycling pickup this morning on Fleet Street in the north end. This was not residents disposing of trash illegally but rather the collectors not collecting it.

Recycle was not picked up in the north end on Salem Street between chief Street and Hale Street both even and odd sides. Please come and get it.

Public works truck in the north end consistently drives extremely dangerously . It’s a male and they are driving in north end at 6:20 am. He runs every stop sign and stop light and drives extremely fast through the neighborhood. I am concerned he will hurt someone
