I live on Beacon street and have our trash picked up on Byron street. The trash schedule states they cannot pick up trash before 7am. Every Monday and Friday, the trash people consistently pick up the trash at 6:45. It is very disruptive to our children who need the extra sleep and the noise pollution in the area. Please have them respect the 7am EARLIEST time and even better, come at 8am.

Potholes are getting dangerous on Columbus where it's almost at the intersection with West Springfield and wellington. The big heavy trucks and trash trucks that go by 50 mph make an exploding crash every time they hit these in the middle of the night at 4am, and making the potholes rapidly worsen

I am a resident of Bay Village and I am filing a complaint regarding excessive parking tickets issued on my vehicle over a short period of time. My vehicle was parked outside my home and not in use. I received multiple tickets over a two week period totaling over 2000 dollars, including multiple tickets in the same day. Some of the tickets for expired registration, even after my registration had already been renewed and I was waiting for the updated sticker to arrive. I do not have access to a garage and rely on street parking where I live. This pattern of ticketing feels targeted and excessive under the circumstances. I would just appreciate for someone to check on the parking enforcement officers responsible for this area because I do not think this has been reasonable.

On Saturday March 28 I had a family gathering and we went out to a restaurant on Boylston St. In order to get there we exited Storrow drive on the Fenway ramp and hit a very deep pot hole that resulted in two damaged tires on the drivers side. One got flat and was replaced by the spare. When I got to the garage on Monday March 30th all 4 tires had to be replaced due to pot hole damages. I paid $1600 less than a year and a half ago. I had to pay for four new tires again this time. Many towns started filling pot holes in early to mid-March not so in Boston where I drive 90% of the time. Dog locked out on deck for last hour barking nonstop. Happens multiple times per day. Reported here several times and marked “resolved” every time and then happens again hours later. Dog barks nonstop from moment it goes outside to when it is let back in. Sometimes for an hour. Can hear 10-12 house away

Constituent states they have been requesting for 2 years to get their sidewalk repaired. No updates or follow up has been made in that time. Constituent states that their property taxes do not match the conditions of the sidewalk in the area. | Cause of damage: [Normal deterioration]

A large uptake in the amount of homeless people taking up space in the area they leave a lot of litter on Clifton Street and the side streets that branch off of it ie Shirley st, Burrell st, George st. They frequent the area around 10p-2a at night sometimes later maybe if a police or substance use team could come out to the area around that time they could see this happening in action possibly have these people removed because they are a nuisance to those that actually live in this neighborhood in homes and are actually using illegal drugs and leaving needles behind all over the neighborhood | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA B-2]
