I am writing to raise a noise complaint regarding the construction noise for 401 Park Dr. construction. While I understand and respect that construction activities may take place during permitted weekday hours, the noise level over the past two days has been excessive and disruptive (louder than 70dB). In particular, loud construction noise occurring around 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. has significantly impacted my ability to rest. I have experienced poor sleep quality and repeated early awakenings, which have negatively affected my daily functioning. As someone who is generally not sensitive to noise and typically works with windows open (ambulances pass by all the time, and I am totally fine!), I found the level particularly intrusive. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed to ensure that construction activities comply with applicable noise regulations and that appropriate measures are taken to minimize disruption to nearby residents. Caucasian women with aggressive dog, barks at black and brown people all the time, but not white people. If told to get pet under control, gets nasty. Young man in her house seems to egg the dog on. Unleashed all the time in condo complex, wakes up neighbors, and noticed Amazon workers afraid to go in (they’re not white).

Every time our trash/recycling is picked up, the trash guys leave cans in front of the street. This has happened every trash day for at least the last 4-6 trash days. I can't imagine it's okay for them to block streets with cans once they're emptied. We have several more pictures just like this

Same vehicle! Why... because nothing is ever done! Now if someone parks at the other pole or even past the pole. Handicapped spot is not able to be utilized for walker, wheelchair or EMT. Please give this person a ticket! This is Not the first time they have done this! Ridiculous! There is plenty of space to move forward so not to be in the Handicapped! This is either ignorance or spite again this is not the first time this vehicle has parked is this manor! Unnecessary!!

The sidewalk in front of my home at 84 Buchanan Road (02132) is uneven and broken in various places. It has created an unsafe dynamic where water pools very quickly (and in the winter turns into slippery ice) right at the beginning of the walkway to the home. A prior request had been made under case number 101006441051, but was closed due to not having pictures. This request is the resubmission of that one and now includes pictures. The tree pictured near the side walk was struck by a moving truck today and will apparently need to be removed or replaced. This tree may have been causing some of the issues, so it could be an opportune time to fix the sidewalk issue in parallel. I am also planning to replace the walkway, so it would be fantastic to do a comprehensive update that is coordinated with the city if possible.
