Private Parking Lot Complaints
Constituent entered from Exeter st into the prudential parking garage. Upon entering, constituent found out that most of the parking spots were blocked up for reserved parking and there were no regular empty parking lots. The contituent waited around the parking lot for 10mins, then headed out. The staff at the garage office required him to pay the 0-1h fee of $12, eventhough he did not park because there were no available spots. The constituent did not think he was charged fairly because there were no parking spots available and he did not park in the garage. The constituent also noticed that other drivers who were unsuccessful in finding parking spots were also charged $12. | Lot number on the posted sign: [No] Nature of the call: [Overcapacity]

Constituent called because she was visiting Boston and parked in the garage across from the Boston Housing Authority on Chauncy Street. It is supposed to be 1/2 price for handicapped parking but they charged the full price of $16. She tried to provide her HP number but staff ignored it. Would appreciate follow up. Constituent called in using a sign language interpreter so she can be reached either by phone or by mail. | Lot number on the posted sign: [No] Nature of the call: [Overcharging]

Private Parking Lot Complaints
Constituent reports that she was parked in the parking lot that this restaurant shares with a few other properties, there are no signs saying that any of the spots are illegal to park in or reserved, despite the fact that many of them are -- she parked in one of these spots and was towed yesterday because she had parked in a reserved but unspecificed spot. The management for the parking lot is Mayo Group. | Lot number on the posted sign: [No] Nature of the call: [Other]
