What is the nature of the problem: [empty lot for sale right next to this address with trash bags on the lot]

There is trash lining the sidewalks across the street in front of the warehouse space in front of the parking lot. When I arrive at work at 5 am there are often people sleeping on the sidewalks, by this time (11:30-12) I often see people digging around in the trash that is covering the sidewalks. That is why I so frequently report needle cleanups, because I am afraid of people dying in the streets. Is there a service that the city provides to clean up the streets and sidewalks? |

At the end of Edgewater Dr past #123 opposite Monponset St, over the stone wall there are a couple of abandoned sleeping bags. We have received complaints from residents and would like them removed. What is the nature of the problem: [Vacant lot. Over grown. Trash and animals. Trees from lot are grown and going over onto the constituent's roof. Owner of the lot Ian Williams, refuses to clean the lot and when constituent asked his wife to please have the lot cleaned up she laughed and said it's not bothering her. I witness this morning that Top Class Cut Barbershop putting their trash out this morning next to the green Mail box and the city trash receptacles. They have not renewed their Site Cleanliness since March, 2019. Also, please check Angel Meat Market they have not renewed their Site cleanliness since - March 2014.
