The "Pocket Park" is small and is located behind 65 Westminster Avenue in Roxbury. There are three trees that a dead and need to be removed. | SR Type: [TREE IN THE PARK]

I would like to inquire about who is responsible for pruning the McKinney Park trees that are growing over and through the fence onto our property at 21 Sanderson Place in Brighton. I believe it has been several years since these trees were last pruned and at the time, the trees were not growing over and through the fence. While we enjoy the shade the trees provide, these tree branches are getting quite tall and long and we fear them causing more damage. In October we contacted 311 about a large branch that broke off during a storm and luckily it only damaged some patio furniture. Their growth has also dislodged some of the upper most level of fencing over the last few years. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
