MBTA BABCOCK STATION platform absolutely not shoveled and covered in ice, making it very UNSAFE to walk and Slippery. With the big number of people using it now as the result of Green Line suspended PLEASE send someone to clean it and making it SAFE to walk on. Crosswalk ramp blocked by plowed snow pile

Hi- I’m sorry I know I complain about this every winter. The pedestrian island between the CVS in Charles circle and the Charles/MGH T stop is not shoveled. I’m not sure if this is city or mbta property but it makes crossing Cambridge street more difficult than it already is. It’s slick and it would be very challenging for anyone with a stroller or wheelchair to cross. Can this be addressed? Thanks | City Owned: [No]

There are two curb cuts going from the Nubian bus station to the Bolling building, which is a city building. The snow has not been removed from the curb cut, making it impossible for wheelchairs or strollers to access the building direct from the bus station. I reported this yesterday and it was closed for "no violation." Please actually take the time to look this time and ensure that all people are able to access government buildings. | City Owned: [Yes]
