Mr John Sicard (Citadel Properties LLC) received STR# 545899 and he was supposed to rent out 4 Thwing Street in Roxbury. Instead he has been using this STR number for 34 Perrin Place. He also received expired STR#415841 for 4 Thwing St which expired in 2020 and he is using this number for 4 different listings. This is a one bedroom studio apartment. It is registered as a limited share STR. There is only one bed, where does the host sleep since she is REQUIRED to be present during the rental. On the couch? Saw several men exiting 231 West Newton under the influence. Some shirtless. We live across from Titus Sparrow Park and frequently see many of these men under the influence. It appears that they are consuming drugs or alcohol inside 231.
