Lady anytime she leaves to go out she puts cones out to protect her spot which in street where anybody can park she doesn’t have permits to be putting out cones all the time if people park near there she will do something to there car like give them a flat tires somebody from city needs to speak to her | Exact location: [Side of house on sycamore st]

They have also resorted to placing traffic cones on the public street to stop anyone parking remotely close to their entrance.
