Rat droppings because of garbage left in bags on sidewalk, again.

Rodent Activity
Very large/fat rat just sighted ( 9:09pm) running across top of driveway to underneath porch ( obviously it’s home) at 14 Clive Street, Jamaica Plain. Can the city enforce the owners to put traps under their porch? This is literally EVERY night. The rodent keeps getting larger.
CLOSED #101005454277Case Noted. there is a legal procedure that happens. 1. an abatement is written. 2. owner has 30 days to comply. 3. if they do not, the case move on to a hearing. 4. if by the hearing they still refused to comply, the case moves on to housing court. The process is time consuming but effective.
