Very very broken sidewalk needs repair on Holton st between Telford/ Everett in Lower Allston

Hard to maneuver a stroller or wheelchair on the odd side of Irving Street (#41 & # 31) on Beacon Hill due to bricks lifted up from the sidewalk

Bus stop on Dartmouth and Tremont st outside of the wine emporium. The brick has come completely undone, and the only available bit of “sidewalk” is too narrow for strollers, walkers, or wheelchairs. This stretch is inaccessible for many and very dangerous; my stroller wheel got caught in the hole and my toddler fell face first on the ground. Please please fix it! It has been an issue for months but this week additional bricks have come off and made it inaccessible.

I opened request number 101005430009 regarding a damaged section of sidewalk near the intersection of Pelton Street and Stratford Street in West Roxbury. Your department closed it but the damaged section of sidewalk was not repaired. The location is the sidewalk opposite of 24 Pelton Street (on the other side of the street.) Please take another look at this. Thank you.
