    Trash barrels once again left completely open. Dozens of rats all around the barrels, and now infesting neighboring properties. This has become a constant issue at this residence.

A citation was issued at this location for the open top overloaded trash barrels and the improper storage of all the loose trash on the ground infront of the property, and noted that all trash should be off the ground and all barrel cover need to be fully closed when trash is present inside!
