    Joe Wex dog park has a dog walker in there from 9-5, every day. Same guy, every day, all day, mon through Friday. He has harassed many women, including my daughter three days ago. He is loitering in the park all day and getting paid to sit in and use a public park for his own benefit. Please remove him. No one is allowed to run their business on public grounds like that. Can I open my business in Joe Wex dog park? No. Please remove them.
