    Street light repair has bright lighting shining in windows and neighboring properties.The City lighting technician who replaced the bulbs yesterday said to contact Boston 311 to have the angle of the lights adjusted. The lights need to be angled downward- shining onto the street and away from neighboring properties.

    5 Nancia St East Boston City has been out more than once at this address .. scofflaw landlord refuses to clean up!! Her trash left out in open for Days has been blowing into everyone lawns , yards and street!! Maybe higher ticket will help… she is single handedly turning our beautiful neighborhood into her personal dumping grounds!!!
