    This morning the garbage collector said he wasnt going to pick up the trash because he saw us bring it across the street so he took all of the other trash and left ours. How can the trash man refuse to pick up our trash if we have it outside before the garbage truck pulled up to it.

    Building next to my house at Goldsmith, the building is on Robinwood, consistently allows their garbage to overflow. Today they have their recycling overflowing and blowing all over. Also, their lack on attention to their garbage has made our est problem even worse. This building is a disgrace!
