Very large Broken branches left on middle of sidewalk by someone who is not the owner of the property. Might be eversource or someone who did work in the area. Could be trees from the park.

Why is this allowed? All over South Boston cars are parked facing in the wrong direction. The city could make lots of money if they’d just ticket them.
