Egregiously un-salted black ice on corner lot sidewalk along CUSTER STREET outside of the property belonging to residents of 3 Woodman Street. Slipped and fell twice already.

Please enforce resident parking on Condor street in East Boston. There are cars currently parked with no resident parking stickers & out of state license plates and should be ticketed. Parking is already bad enough and all this snow has made it so much worse. Thank you.
