Very dangerous having to walk down thatcher st to the 32 bus . Violations need to be sent to them and not attached to the gate with no access from their house

    This has happened before after trash pickup where other buildings’ trash and recycling bins are left in front of our home. Last time the city fined us. Reporting it because they are not ours and really don’t want to deal with the fine and appeal process again. Can these just be removed since it’s been 24 hours after trash pickup?
