    Program director at Victory House reports that a bed was dumped in front of their address, sometime overnight last night (12/10), as they arrived this morning and saw it outside the address. They had spent the morning trying to figure out where it came from but were served a code violation for improper storage of trash at 3:29pm 12/11. Clients from Victory House report seeing a moving truck next to that address a night ago but are unsure if it was them that dumped the bed.
