Illegal parking

Kia plate 5EJE 72 parked in quarter of the handi cap space.

Illegal parking again. This is the 5th or 6th report I have made now about people parking across our driveway. Can the City please post signage? We have to back into our garage to fit and people continuously encroach on the driveway making it almost impossible to get in without driving over a curb or you have to wait until they move.
