In 2017 this homeowner was granted two permits. One to create a closet and another to add ONE loftspace for a bedroom for her daughter (SF684316 and SF685626). There is ONE valid STR permit for this home (STR398048). There are now 3 units of STR, three loft space beds (two illegal) and multiple beds in windowless closets and storage rooms. One front hall has two beds (one in a closet) and a hammock blocking a fire exit! Between the three units in this 4 bedroom home there are 30 listed beds with guest space advertised for up to 28 people at a time. This owner does not have a residential abatement for this property and doesnt seem to be a resident. Where would she live with her 4 kids and 28 other people in her "home"? Illegal Air B& B at 107 St Andrew Rd East Boston!! 107 is a Renter and is NOT Legally Permitted to do Air B&B... As that is for Only home OWNERS!!! 105 is also doing Air B& B on Whole house... Owner of property Does Not And Has NEVER lived at the property!! Neighborhood people have reported to 312 AND ISD for the Last Three months.. ZERO Done!! Commissioner Del Rio Needs to fine and remove these law breakers!!!

107 St Andrew Rd East Boston is an Illegal Air B & B... Just as 105 Same house!! Person living in 107 is Renting and rules state Air B&B are to be Owner Occupied!! So either he is doing this on his own or the OWNER who Had Not and Does not live in the home he owns has Issac doing short term rental for him... Or Issac is doing it on his own.... Either way... IT IS ILLEGAL!!! Is ISD operating or not neighborhood has been complaining for Over Two Months
