Mattress still stored illegally on Charles River Esplanade- Otis Grove. Prior ticket was closed, even though the issue was not resolved. Mattress is likely now waterlogged and very difficult to remove. Please remove unsightly garbage being dumped in the public parks of the city of Boston.
