Constituent reports an mattress illegally dumped on the sidewalk in front of 103 Bloomfield St. They already reported this issue both for illegal dumping and street cleaning/collection but both cases were closed stating to schedule it for a pickup. There are two single mattress left in the alley behind 162 West Concord Street. This area had continually become a problem for the residents of 160 and 162 West Concord Street as residents from as far away as Rutland Street are dumping their Tuesday and Friday garbage items at this back alley / corner.
