Illegal trash, fire and rats/ rodent hazards dispose on left side at 43 Pearl St. Dorchester, MA. Trash is leaning against 43 Pearl side. The next door victim, is 45 Pearl St. building complaining; when sending an inspector be aware to lookon the left side of 43 Pearl St. and the right side of 45 Pearl St. Among the trash are a couple of mattresses, large pieces of wood, (construction materials ), regular trash bag thrown from the second or third floor. Also other debris of few things, including cigarettes buds Today’s picture taking at 7:35 P.M. 7/26/26

An old mattress was dumped outside our house sometime yesterday. No indication of who it belongs to and it is blocking sidewalk.

Illegal dumping blocking sidewalk. Responsibility of property owner. Please ticket.

I signed up for removal of a mattress on 24 July (conf. code N7S-2WS) but the mattress is still on the curb. See next to red car. Please remove.

Same issue as case number BCS-00248241, BCS-00250658 (notes for this complaint we’re not taking properly therefore violation was not found, but still, should remain as a complaint, BCS-00250658, BCS-00254380, BCS-00262928 and BSC-00262947 all these same complaints same location; mattresses, large pieces of wood, baby carriage, regular trash plastic clear and green color. Trash located between 45 & 43 Pearl Street Dorchester 02125. Crash is in at their property at 43, however I mentioned it’s very dangerous for brats as well as fire. Included also pictures of cigarettes butts thrown from the second or third floor of 43 Pearl St. The complaint comes from 45 Pearl St, next-door house. Please let the inspector to look well, between the two houses so he could see the trash, sending pictures & video attached taken today, Saturday, July 25, 2926 Take a look at the cigarette buds thrown and the proximity to the wood
