Corporation Evolve is using 125 Dana Unit 2 as a short term rental both on AirBnB and their website. Several people living short term at residence

Excessive noise from construction starting at 7am in an apartment on a Saturday.

Apartment has several people coming and going frequently. There are always people smoking and partying. It feels like an air bnb situation.
