Smoking/drug use from residents of 1975 Dorchester Ave. There are two entrances to this building. There are several residents of 1975 Dorchester Ave that stand next to the 1973 entrance and smoke cigarettes and other substances. It makes residents uncomfortable and feel unsafe. And they leave trash everywhere. |

Cigarette butts and trash bag in hallway in front of mailroom lobby

Repeated, exhausted requests, last sent 2 years ago to have property owner remove rotted construction debris from the roof of garage adjacent to residential property. Despite repeated requests the unsightly debris still remains on garage roof to-date 4/5/2025 and is a negative distraction and depreciation to the next door property and neighbourhood. I request that the City of Boston take immediate action to have these debris removed. Similar photos can be seen on previous requests. Thank you.

Constituent states one of the tenants in this building has built their own patio on the side of this house. There is a pergola, netting, lawn chairs. All piled up against the windows on the side of this address and blocking the whole pathway between this home and neighboring home. It is also attracting a ton of rodents. | Exact location: [side]

Please contact the MBTA and ask that their workers sent to maintain the upkeep of Upham's Corner Commuter Rail Station to LEAVE their parked vehicle and take away trash left by strangers (McDonald's container, partially eaten food, soda cans, debris). Nearest McDonald's is at Melnea Cass and Massachusetts Ave.. Thank you. |

Other | Details: [There is a large tent that is lighted that is set up in the vacant lot (91 Intervale) next to 89A Intervale who uses its as a late night, loud music gathering spot. Neighbors have already called 911 twice in the past few months to complain about late night and loud music gatherings. This has been a problem spot historically.
