632 South St, Roslindale, Ma, 02131(Concerns came from Josh, ONS from the community) We are concerned about the possibility of fire - the house is connected to the grid and with no interior walls and with the Southwest corner of the house exposed to the elements it could be a fire hazard. We are also concerned about rats and other animals using the house as a safe haven and causing problems for neighbors as they multiply. Kids might gain access to the house and start a fire or injure themselves. I think it would give us peace of mind if an inspector could come out and look around the property. |
