This property has been abandoned since there was a fire in March of 2023. Currently there are rats that are multiplying and entering neighboring properties. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports there is a house at this location that has been condemed by the bfd.Constituent reports the house has been condemed for over two years.Constituent reports there are rats and other rodents that are coming out of this house. Constituent reports if your looking at the house from the street it would be on the far right side of the foundation if you go up the driveway from the right it would be in the basement.Constituent reports you are able to see right into the basement.Constituent reports this buidling is abandoned and condemed however there are rodents and rats that are a result of this building.]
