The constituent also states there used to be a property manager for the service location and was informed they have stopped treating the issue/property, causing an uptick and rodent activity affecting their property. The constituent reports they live next door, have small children in their home and are concerned due to the rodent activity- and have been trying to resolve the issue but it is ongoing. The constituent is requesting assistance with this matter.]

I done a inspection multiple times on the property grounds I can not access the property grounds cause the owner has a locked fence securing the vacant property grounds What w can see from the streets no rat burrow holes I have a few times sent to code enforcement department for inspection of overgrown vegation.
