2 small rats just seen running out from under porch at 14 Clive Street (8:30 pm) towards grass at 12 Clive. EVERY NIGHT now - so I guess the family of rats has not been eliminated.

There is also a problem with a fence that was taken down to put in place the dumpster at this location. Resident dog owner leaving poop bags on the street twice/day and not disposing appropriately? I witnessed it and tried talking to the dog owner but he just ran into his building! We have a rat problem in Bay Village and this is just attracting more? Lives at 62 Melrose, young guy with black hair and the dog is a Dalmatian can’t miss him ? Not sure what to do but rats are @ issue here!
