    This vacant lot is full of trash. People are constantly dumping trash and leaving cat food out. This needs to stop. There’s used to be a sign that stated Arcadia Property Management owned the lot but the sign is no longer there. |

    Recycling staff and thrash accumulated behind the 89 Maverick st building. Agents will need to enter through the open parking space from 86 Maverick building to be a able to see it. there is an abandoned room in the same building that might be being used by someone. |
