STR-461702 - This STR registration is being used for two separate full units so it should have two registrations. On its application it stated that it will NOT be a short term rental and instead will be used as a corporate rental. Unfortunately this is not true as you can see that one unit has no minimum nights and the other has 2 minimum nights per stay. This home does not qualify as a primary residence as the owner appears to live in Newton. There is a small note that "This unit should be rented by individuals or family members on medical related travel." but that is NOT proof of a hospital contract. Which is it? Hospital contract, corporate stay, or short term rental? I got a fraud scheme. I found that apartament in the Craigslist. I paid 6300 dollars for apartment to stay for 4 months before I arrived at Boston. In the introduction, the key was supposed to deliver to me in the front of apartment. This morning, I went to that apartment, however, nobody knows about my contract. The date of transaction was April 2nd and 3rd. I was introduced to send money separately in 2 times. In the first transaction of April 2nd, I paid 3300 dollar. In the second transaction of April 3rd, I paid 3000 dollar. I can tell you more exact information. Please let me know about your introduction.

The basement is now its own unit. please confirm that this is firesafe, do the spiral stairs count as a means of egress? because they now go into the other unit and the door may be locked. The corporation evolve has not registered this rental with the state as a lodging operator and has not registered this short term rental with Boston.
