The constituent is a spanish speaking women. The constituent called to report that she called BFD because there was sparks and fire coming from the outlet. The BPD shut off the breaker. The constituent states that an inspector was supposed to come by and inspect the house so the light can be turned back on. The constituent stated no one called and came by her home. The constituent has had no lights in her home and she had to leave and stay somewhere else due to this issue. She called today to ask for an update on this case. The light are still off.
