Mattress removals

Good morning! I called already three times to make sure the trash left behind in my building is taken. I was told no need to schedule a pick up as long as is not a mattress or fridge. Last Tuesday it wasn’t taken so I called to make sure I wasn’t violating something. Yesterday I called again and they put a note that the stuff needed to be picked up today (trash day), and it should have been, but it was left behind again so not sure why. I was told if this was the case, to call today am which I’ll do, I just want to leave a report with pictures. It is a desk and a bed frame and they’re all broken. I was told they might be confused for construction debris but as I cleared what it was via phone call, they put the report so it was taken. Thank you!

Overflowing trash & mattress has been there over a month. Needs to be checked on a regular basis it seems property owner doesn’t do regular checks of property.

There is over flowing trash and two full trash barrels on the curb along with a mattress

The dumpster at the excel high school is always overflowing. The janitors are suppose to lock the fence around it but they never do. Complete laziness. People pull up in their cars and put all kinds of things in there. Please speak to high school about locking the fence. This is actually nothing compared to what it sometimes looks like. People throw mattresses and all kinds of other furniture in there. No wonder we have rats..

Mattresses piling up. Improper use of dumpster. Submitted a 311 report 3 days ago… since then more mattresses have appeared and many rats have been spotted

Trash bins overflowing with no lids that continue to attract rats all summer. Rats can be seen & heard 24 hours/day constantly fighting over and digging through open trash cans. There is also an old mattress next to trash cans for multiple weeks that animals are living in .

Trash is still on property. A neighbor put it on the yard of the owner's land. This is part of case #101005593122. Mattresses were picked up but trash is still there
