    A negligent neighbor keeps on dumping sewer water onto the street, the smell is unbelievable and on a hot day like today stinks like hell! We've made several reports about this, who do we need to talk to that would actually do something? The city of Boston keeps on ignoring this HEALTH ISSUE, I can't put into words how much our street stinks! PLEASE HELP!!!
