    Just after 6 pm in front of capital one bank cafe on Boylston at Exeter; was pushing my wife’s manual wheelchair during at the tail end of the 2/7 snowstorm with blowing snow … I did not see a huge hold in the sidewalk . Unfortunately my wife’s chair went into the hole and pitched her forward; because she was seatbelted and I was able to stop the downward movement - she was not thrown to the ground; unfortunately the force of her chair her and me pushing the chair that came to a sudden and abrupt stop as it went into the hole sheered off one of the front wheels and she is now without mobility and in peril should an emergency arise at home because she effectively has no chair … district 4 bpd suggested I contact you to have the immediate problem remedied re the hold and help me with repairing or replacing my wife’s chair

    A huge mound of snow on the Faneuil Street sidewalk near the corner of Dunboy is forcing pedestrians to step into the street. This is a busy intersection and dangerous for walkers to be in the street at that area. The sidewalk needs to be cleared - that snow pile will not be melting away any time soon.
