Large potholes on bike path

The sidewalk in front of 25 Hecla St, Boston, MA 02122 is damaged. A square section is missing concrete entirely, leaving an open hole in the walking surface that is a tripping hazard for pedestrians.

Recent sidewalk repair (thank you) resulted in a potentially dangerous gap between the new sidewalk and an existing walkway.

On the marvin st side on the address ( in the back of the building) The is a large metal gate that has a sidewalk that is full of cracks and holes from years of not being addressed. | Cause of damage: [Normal deterioration]

Curb ramp to cross Southwest Corridor at W Newton St is in very bad shape. Full of holes.

Crosswalk very faded in a high traffic area with kids and the YMCA. Can you repaint to be more visible as this is a narrow two way street. Thank you.
