    We appreciate the new accessible ramp for the crosswalk. But this tree should be relocated so as not to be in the way of wheelchairs.. It is at the entrance to the crosswalk. It is stupid to leave it there.

    Noted. The tree is going to have permeable paving placed over its pit so there is a level and compliant sidewalk. There has been a tree planted in this tree pit for 20+ years and the current tree has been in place for over a year. The Urban forestry division has already discussed this with PWD engineers to confirm there will be a compliant path of travel.

    The sidewalks on our street are made of asphalt instead of cement which makes them uneven. Requesting a restoration project to make our sidewalks more safe and easier to walk on.
