The constituent is disabled and have limited mobility. The constituent is concerned for her father because she has placed many work orders in management and things are not being properly done. Its been happening for months. Theres water leaking from vent into the walls and carpet. Theres mold smell under the carpet that needs to be removed and they have not. The constituent states they were supposed to replace the toilet seat to his standards due to him having a stroke and its still not completed.
