    Hello! I live at 81 Baker Street in West Roxbury. Behind our house, there is a paper road which I believe is owned by the city. Since we have moved in, we have always wondered who is responsible for the trees on the land back there. Today while walking our dogs we noticed a large branch fell and landed close/on our neighbors car. She is elderly and needs help. Can someone go look into this? I would also like to know who is responsible for that strip of land. It is behind Baker Street and in between Johnson Street on each end. Her address is 86 Johnson Street, 02132 and her name is Mary Bourque. She has a grey Honda Pilot. You cannot miss the large branch that fell. Thank you

    Resolved. The area in question is private and not owned or maintained by the City of Boston which is why the owner of 86 Johnson is allowed to park there and use it as their driveway along with the owners of 16 and 20 Johnson Rd whom use it as their driveway as well. There is likely a utility easement on this section of land. The City of Boston does not own this area or have any jurisdiction of it.
