**Subject: Overflowing Recycling Bins and Trash – 85 Spencer Street** Trash and recycling pickup was scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Today is Wednesday, November 4, 2026, and the recycling bins in front of 85 Spencer Street are still full, with cardboard boxes and other recyclable materials left on the ground. The regular trash barrels are also still outside and have not been returned to the property. It has now been over a day since the scheduled pickup, and the trash and recycling remain outside. I am requesting that this location be inspected and that the trash and recycling be removed as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
