I was sitting in the cafe at starbucks and a rat or mouse ran through the cafe into one of the walls. My coworker and I left. It is disgusting. When asking the employee about rats they said i’m sorry and walked away.

I am reporting an ongoing issue with improper trash storage at a neighboring property. The trash bins are consistently left open and overflowing, as shown in the attached photo. This is creating an environment that attracts rodents and is contributing to a noticeable increase in mice activity in the area. This has become a repeated issue, not a one-time occurrence. Open and unsecured trash is a known contributor to rodent infestations, and this situation is impacting nearby properties.

There’s chicken left on a grill for days now and this entire backyard needs to be cleaned up. Remove the mattress and all other junk dumped there. This property is managed by GB Management
