Illegally parked out of state car in public lot

There has been crazy amount of traffic downtown and I’m on foot and I finally got to the source of it and it was a police officer that was double parked. Why are we having police officer caused this much traffic in the city and double parking?

Illegal sidewalk blocking again

I live at 25 Bostonia Ave in Brighton MA and it seems like the rat issue here is pretty bad/worse than other neighborhoods/areas I have lived in even within Brighton. I am a big gardener and outdoor space user and it has been very difficult to manage their presence in our yard/outdoor spaces. I try and block any new holes in the yard and use the city compost for all food scraps so they are not accessible. If the city could do something to try and help with the problem in this neighborhood it would be much appreciated.
