Construction lift completely blocking/impeding sidewalk access. Especially for individuals with disabilities. Along side of 211 Congress st, Matthew st. Between Congress and Federal st on Matthew st. This is ridiculous, ongoing issue. Clearly CEP ticketing them isn't working. City should remove lifts as it's a pedestrian safety issue.

Homeowners have never-ending supply of cones marking off public parking. Space is coned 365 days/ year. Please remove.

Tow truck is consistently parked on the street and sidewalk in way that prevents passage on a narrow 2 way street and people from walking on the side walk. It’s also right in front of a kids park
