Nails being left behind causing tires to be blown out in construction zones all over the city including : cummins hwy, blue hill ave , and zakim bridge , construction sites are not sweeping for nails ! This is a citywide concern! 2nd tire blown in one month due to nails being left behind, construction season just started and the carelessness for clean up of nails is not acceptable
