    Speed bumps on westchester road (and surrounding streets are impending snow plows from plowing - causing the plows to use an excessive amount of salt which blows onto the houses - cars - and causes an environmental hazard to vegetation on private properties - these are not through streets and only cater to local traffic - the bumps are a public nuisance and need to be removed
